What I Think
If you were given a chance to travel to an island in the middle of the ocean that guaranteed that your fantasy would be granted would you go? What if that fantasy ended up killing you for real, would you still go? The problem is you never really know until you're there.

Try for one second to imagine what your greatest fantasy is, then imagine that everything was so real that you could touch it, smell it, hear it, see it and taste it. These 6 strangers are given the chance of a life time when they win a trip to an Island that promises them their deepest fantasies. From becoming a soldier, to having the greatest party life, to not messing up a great thing, to revenge. There are no rules.
Now you have your fantasy and things start to go wrong. One thing leads to another that leads to another and so on and so forth. Was the fantasy worth it?

There are a good portion of things that this movie did great. For instance using the catch phrase from the show. They made the fantasies larger than life and made the story interesting. There were also a couple of things that kind of didn't work very well, namely making it a horror movie.
The flow of the movie was fair, the whole concept of time was what kind of screwed things up for me. At one point everyone's fantasy melds into one but the time periods don't match.

Even with the things that didn't work, this movie still did its job and entertained while also scaring you. Good concept for a TV show to movie that is better than Baywatch and CHiPs but maybe not as good as The A Team.

For a good thrill and a deep revenge plot try this film on for size.

I give this movie ⭐⭐⭐ of 5 stars.
