Plot
On Halloween night, Tara Heyes finds herself as the obsession of a sadistic murderer known as Art the Clown.

What I Think
The story starts very gory with an interview of a person who was involved in a murder/suicide. This is done in a Quentin Tarantino style by having the end be the beginning and then continuing. It sets the pace of what is to come.

It has a very 70's horror movie feel. If the movie "IT" gave you a chill up your spine then this movie will cripple you with fear. The clown in this movie is an absolute homicidal maniac in grease paint with a bloody sadistic grin. He will hunt you, he will scare you, and he will kill you. The death scenes are about as intense as Saw, Hostel, and Green Inferno if not worse.
About halfway through the movie you are treated to a straight up snuff scene that rivals most of the videos that you can find on the dark web. There is plenty of blood, gore, and murder to last you three good movies. Although the amount of visceral violence is off putting to most people, the sheer artistry and imagination involved in this is decent.

If you liked Ed Gein, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, or any serial killer movie ever made, then you may enjoy this one as well.

In honor of Halloween I give this movie 💀💀💀out of 5 skulls.

I use this myself and enjoy the programs that are available to me. Cut the cord with the cable company!
